Our Young Professionals group currently has 2 standing events per month.
The first Thursday of every month we meet in the church at 7pm for adoration. During adoration, we try to have a mix of praise and worship and quiet prayer time (so bring some spiritual reading or something to pray with if you want!). Also, Fr usually stays during the holy hour to hear confessions. We wrap up with Benediction and we go to a brewery afterwards (fellowship location is announced at the end of the holy hour).
On the third Wednesday of every month we have mens and women’s groups. We meet in the lobby of the parish hall at 7pm then split into men and women.
We have a scripture reading prepared and the leader guides the group through lectio divina with the selected passage. Reflection and discussion surrounding the scripture reading follows. So no prep work is required, just bring your Bible!
